Terms and Conditions
Terms & Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the seller, www.nutberg.com online shop, and the buyer, a customer of www.nutberg.com online shop.

The seller is not a VAT payer. Registered by the Trade Licensing Register.
Provided the relationship ensuing from the use of the website or the legal relationship established by a purchase agreement includes an international element, the parties agree that this relationship is governed in accordance with the law of the Czech Republic and the European Union. This does not affect the consumer’s rights governed by the generally binding legislation.
Concluding a purchase agreement
The purchase involves the selection of goods, order form completion, and subsequent payment. By placing the order, the buyer agrees with the Terms & Conditions.
The purchase agreement is concluded upon payment for the order in question. After the payment is processed, the seller is obliged to deliver the ordered goods to the buyer.
Payment and shipping
The buyer has two payment options:
- Payment card - 3D Secure online payment for regular debit and credit cards. The payment gateway is provided by KBC Bank.
- Bitcoin - Online payment with digital currency Bitcoin. The payment gateway is provided by BitPay.
After the payment is processed, the goods will be mailed by Czech Post. The shipping fee may vary based on the chosen target country and order content.
Warranty and complaints
Warranty and complaints policy regarding the goods sold through our online shop is governed in accordance with the law of the Czech Republic (particularly Provision § 612 and thereafter of the Civil Code) and the European Union.
The buyer is obliged to report an incomplete delivery or damaged goods immediately after receipt of the goods (within a maximum of 2 days) at firstname.lastname@example.org. The seller will then contact the buyer within 2 days at the latest, with information regarding how the complaint will be processed.
Returns and refunds
The customer (buyer) is entitled to withdraw from the purchase agreement and return the purchased goods. The return (withdrawal) form must be sent to the seller within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The goods must be sent to the buyer within 14 workdays after withdrawing from the agreement. The returned goods must be delivered to the buyer intact and unused, in the original packaging, if possible.
The provision of personal data, i.e. any data regarding an identified or identifiable physical entity, is voluntary. The buyer acknowledges that he/she is obliged to provide correct and true personal data. The buyer agrees with their provision and processing for the purpose of the order, as per Act No. 101/2000 Sb., On Personal Data Protection. Personal data will not be provided to third parties; they serve solely the purpose of recording and processing orders placed by buyers. The purchase agreements, including the Terms & Conditions, are archived digitally and are not publicly accessible.
